Brandon Ray Huckaby is a West Knoxville–based mortgage professional and community leader
with more than five years in banking and over a decade in operations and management. He
currently serves as VP of Mortgage Lending for Guaranteed Rate Companies DBA Rate, where he
helps clients access clear, empowering paths to homeownership.
A Certified Community Lender™ and ABA-Certified Small Business Banker, Brandon specializes
in inclusive lending strategies for first-time buyers, self-employed borrowers, and veterans.
Drawing on his own Appalachian roots, he’s known for combining deep financial expertise with an
empathetic, education-first approach.
Brandon is a member of the Adrian Hall Lending Team, which ranks among the top mortgage
production groups in the Southeast. He’s also an active civic leader, serving as:

A lifelong East Tennessean, Brandon is passionate about expanding access to affordable
housing, supporting small businesses, and strengthening community through service. Outside of
work, he enjoys time with his husband, Sky, their pets, local arts events, and creative projects
that blend storytelling, advocacy, and Appalachian pride.
