Heather Bunch is a dedicated real estate professional who brings clarity, confidence, and care to every client relationship. With a background that spans military leadership, executive operations, and entrepreneurship, Heather is known for her steady guidance, strong advocacy, and detail-driven approach—especially during moments that feel overwhelming or high-stakes.

Before entering real estate, Heather served as a U.S. Army Transportation Officer and later spent more than 20 years leading business operations, logistics, and sales strategy across multiple industries. That experience shaped her ability to negotiate effectively, manage complex transactions, and keep clients informed every step of the way. She understands that buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s a major life decision that deserves transparency, strategy, and respect.

Heather is especially passionate about helping buyers and sellers feel empowered, educated, and supported. Whether she’s working with first-time homebuyers, families relocating, or clients navigating transitions, her approach is rooted in listening first and tailoring solutions to each client’s goals.

Outside of real estate, Heather is married to her husband Dennis and is the proud mom of six grown sons, three daughters-in-law, and several grandchildren. Their home is happily full with six dogs and two cats, and she deeply values family, community, and the meaning of “home” in all its forms.
