Adrian J. Hall is a Knoxville native with nearly 15 years in the finance industry. He serves as Area
Sales Leader & Branch Manager for Guaranteed Rate Companies DBA Rate.
Adrian is a multi-award-winning mortgage professional consistently ranked in the top 1% of residential
loan officers nationwide. He takes pride in being one of the country’s highest-producing openly LGBTQ+
loan officers and among the leading loan officers of color. In addition, he holds the distinction of being
the most Google five-star-reviewed loan officer in the Knoxville area.
As a self-taught money expert, Adrian promotes financial literacy by example. He rebuilt his own credit,
paid off $60,000+ of debt on a middle-class salary, and has guided more than 10,000 people to do the
same.
Adrian is also a frequent speaker at mortgage and real-estate conferences, including the National
Association of Real Estate Brokers, Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association, and Dogwood Arts, where
he shares insights on financial literacy, inclusive lending practices, and strategies for business growth.
In addition, he has appeared on half-a-dozen Podcasts and operates 3 collaborative groups.
He currently volunteers on the following boards:

Outside of work, he enjoys time with his husband (Jay), their dog, home-improvement projects, racing
